Right to Cancellation
The User expressly undertakes to provide to Royal Escape Travels only correct and valid information while requesting for any services under this agreement, and not to make any misrepresentation of facts at all. Any default on part of the User would vitiate this agreement and shall disentitle the User from availing the services from Royal Escape Travels LLP In case Royal Escape Travels discovers or has reasons to believe at any time during or after receiving a request for services from the User that the request for services is either unauthorized or the information provided by the User or any of them is not correct or that any fact has been misrepresented by him, Royal Escape Travels in its sole discretion shall have the unrestricted right to take any steps against the User(s), including cancellation of the bookings, etc. without any prior intimation to the User. In such an event, Royal Escape Travels shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may be caused to the User or any of them as a consequence of such cancellation of booking or services. The User unequivocally indemnifies Royal Escape Travels of any such claim or liability and shall not hold ATO responsible for any loss or damage arising out of measures taken by ATO for safeguarding its own interest and that of its genuine customers

The services are provided by independent entities that own or operate airlines, surface transportation, hotels, cruises, etc. Though we select reputed suppliers after we inspect their infrastructure, however, we have no direct control over such services or persons providing such services or their staff. In case of third party products displayed on our website, we take no responsibility for the contents, quality or safety of the product in any way. Royal Escape Travels LLP would not be in any way liable or responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained by the User as a result of availing such products and services advertised by third parties on the website. However, in case a client is not satisfied with a particular service, we can take up the matter with the supplier if we are intimated immediately as per the process described in this document.
As we book services in advance and are bound to honour the commitments as to payment to the suppliers, cancellation of services earmarked results in the Company losing money depending upon the time of communication of cancellation to the supplier and therefore, the cancellation schedule, which is based on the above amongst other factors becomes applicable on cancellation.
Changes to Itinerary
Royal Escape Travels LLP reserves the right to alter or omit any part of the itinerary in the best interest of the guests. This will be done with the consent of the guests and in case any expenses are involved then it will be borne by the clients.
