It is the responsibility of the client/s to travel with complete travel documents like – valid documents pertaining to vaccination / covid tests/ Passport with atleast 6 Months Validity/ Valid Travel VISA as per the respective Country Guidelines / permission for restricted areas etc. In case the documents are not in order and if there is any deviation in the itinerary due to this, the clients will be responsible for the additional charges.
If any guest makes last minute changes to the itinerary which has any cost implications and if any deposits have already been made to a particular supplier and refund is not possible due to the last-minute changes then the guests will be responsible for such expenses.
Royal Escape Travels LLP will not be responsible for any delay or cancellation of Flights/ Hotels/ Trains Etc. as we are only an intermediary, providing services to our clients on behalf of the suppliers.
International Check in time is 1400 hours / Check out time is 1100 hours in most cases or as detailed in the confirmation voucher, early check in and checkout is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
As a practice all international hotels charge a security deposit via credit card or cash, at the time of check- in for each room. The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check-out. Debit cards should not be offered as it will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2-3 weeks. If any additional services or mini bar or any other service is utilized at the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to charge the same on this security deposit provided by the client.
Sightseeing’s tours are strictly based on whether conditions and also local service providers have rights to cancel the sightseeing tours without prior notice.
Some flights depart on a previous date and arrive at the destination the next day of departure and likewise for the return flight irrespective of the travel destination. Guests are requested to reconfirm the timings before planning their on-wards/connecting flights or accommodation arrangements.
